With over 20 years of experience in nursing and home healthcare, Serophine Dubila founded Divine Plan LLC with a clear mission to create a compassionate, family-style home where every individual can live with dignity, purpose, and independence.

Her extensive background spans clinical, clerical, and administrative roles, with a strong focus on patient care and medical billing. For more than 17 years, Serophine has provided personalized home care, host home, and foster home support for individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health needs, helping them thrive in safe and inclusive environments.

Serophine holds an Associate of Science in Nursing from Hosanna College of Health and is a Certified Nursing Assistant as well as an active Host Home Provider. Beyond her professional work, she volunteers with St. Vincent De Paul, helping distribute food and strengthen community resources.

As a mother, mentor, and aspiring author, Serophine continues to inspire others through her compassion and leadership driving Divine Plan LLC’s mission to empower every resident toward greater independence and well-being.
